QR Pencil is a digital service. There is no physical shipping.

After payment, you get access online right away: paid plan features appear in your account, and Event codes are ready to use on qrpencil.com. No goods are posted or couriered.

If access does not appear after a successful payment, email billing@passiko.com or support@passiko.com with your account email and Razorpay payment ID.
