Style

Style & print options

PNG goes up to 4096 px. Larger files are easier to print and to scan.

The words sit under the code, outside the quiet zone, and are included in every download.

How to make one

  1. Enter the UPI ID, such as shopname@okaxis.
  2. Add the name people should see. Add an amount only if every scan should start with that amount.
  3. Download or print the code, then try it with your own phone.

The code stores a upi://pay link with your UPI ID, name, and the amount if you set one. This site does not take the payment.

Questions

What is a UPI ID?
It looks like a name and a bank, joined by @. For example, meera@oksbi. The person paying confirms the payment in their own app.
Should I set an amount?
Only if you want every scan to start with the same amount in rupees. Leave it blank and the payer types the amount.
Is the payment taken on this site?
No. The code only opens a payment in a UPI app. QR Pencil does not take or hold the money.
